Fire Alarm Installation
Problem: CFC was recommended to the owner of a large resort on Clearwater Beach to quote a new room smoke alarm system for the entire facility. After an initial walk through, it was discovered that all new wiring needed to be installed in addition to fire alarm installation.
Solution: We were contracted to produce drawings, obtain a permit, rewire and install new smoke detectors in 390 rooms all within a 90 day period. Close coordination with management was required throughout the process, as the hotel stays extremely busy throughout the year. CFC was able to complete the job on schedule, and earned excellent reviews from hotel maintenance staff and management.
