Systems Installation and Upgrade
Problem: CFC was contacted by the property manager of a high-rise building in St. Petersburg, Florida to install a new fire alarm panel. The existing panel had become obsolete and replacement parts were no longer available.
Solution: Due to the age of the building and numerous modifications to the original design, CFC’s engineering team drew the building from scratch so that a plan could be submitted to the city. The resulting upgrade to this occupied building went so smoothly that CFC was asked to take over the fire sprinkler inspections, and later did a complete upgrade of the card access system.
